In this 45-minute class you’ll learn choreographed movement sequences and stretches coordinated with the visual and respiratory systems to shift into desired states of mental and physical wellness for both immediate and long-term benefits.

You will learn how to shift into states of focused energy, calm aniety, quell anger, and hone positivity and discipline through guided sequences including movement and breath. The class incorporates a variety of classical and contemporary music to encourage appropriate emotional states.

This class is designed for all ages, abilities, and experience levels. The goals are to provide tools of wellness to each individual and together as a community.

Everybody is welcome.

What to Bring/ Wear:

  • Wear clothes that are comfortable for moving and stretching. Class is done either in socks or tennis shoes.

  • Bring a water bottle and small towel for sweat. A yoga mat is suggested for additional padding but not required.
